I have been buying this shoe every year for over 10 years. They have become my favorite shoes. I loved her. They fit perfectly and were worth five stars. And then they changed her, and now I stopped loving. They used to have one eyelet at the top, three metal eyelets, then two eyelets near the ankle. Then they went to just a loop near the ankle; No problem. But now they only have two metal eyelets and the heel slides up and down. In all the years I've worn them, the heel has never slipped up or down. Because of this, I don't wear them all day like I used to. Before I buy them again, they have to return the third metal tab. My guess is that they want to save money but the price is not lower and they will lose customers. And the laces that came with this pair are so long I have to tie them almost 3 times so I have to buy other laces. I want my favorite shoes back!
