Great product does what it says on the tin and works well

Let me start this review by stating (since many product pages are now full of bloated 5 star fake reviews) that I am in no way a Compensation or encouragement , form or seller form to write a review or rate a product. I decided to write this review simply because I wanted to. I've been a long time Amazon shopper and I never normally write product reviews. However, PetCube 2 Play made my girlfriend so happy that I felt I had to share some positive things. First in the room is the elephant. At the time of writing this review, this was a $200 product. Now let me tell you why this can be worth such a high price. Setting up the product was very easy. Depending on how tech savvy you are, this can take anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes. The product requires a Wi-Fi network to operate and of course works best with a compatible smartphone. Once you've connected your device to a Wi-Fi network, it's almost ready to use. It comes with Alexa and can be controlled from a smartphone app when you're not at home. The video quality is very good and the device turns on with a distinctive beep when you turn it on, which will likely interest your pet every time they hear it. The laser function works great too, of course there is some lag but this doesn't affect your ability to use the laser to play with your pet. The zoom and night vision feature works well too. No, you won't be able to see every little detail in pitch black surroundings, but you can still see enough to see your pet, move the laser a little, and make sure they're still there, which ultimately makes sense. Product. Not counting the hairs on her head in the dark, so I'm not going to penalize the product for not having built-in $2,000 night vision gear. You can also use the device to talk and the product does an excellent job with this feature without any problems, but I will say that the usefulness of this will probably depend on your particular pet. In our case, the cats don't show any interest when you talk to them through the device, but they probably would react that way if you were in the same room. while you're away or if you just want to laser stimulate your pet to wake them up from deep boredom while they're at work or something, then the PetCube 2 Play is definitely a good product and does what it does. Personally, I'm not that type of person and don't feel the need to watch my pets with a video camera, but my girlfriend gets very scared when she's worried about her cats. After using the product for a week, my girlfriend broke down in tears telling me how happy she is that I gave her this product and how much stress it took away from her daily life. So if you have a friend, wife, husband, aunt, grandma or sister who is constantly worrying about leaving their pet alone because they don't know if they are okay, then $200 is the peace and quiet worth the retreat they bring with them. If you just want a camera to monitor your home while you're away, there are cheaper options. Again, I will reiterate that these words and reviews are my own and in no way did the seller compensate or encourage me to review or review this product. Thanks for reading my mind!
