Heavy and as good as any weight
I bought the 00g to use as weights while moving up a couple sizes. The pretty and fancy "weights" cost a bit, but these are really sturdy and give good heft just as much as a weight would. I highly recommend them. They also look pretty awesome going through a tunnel. The spring action ball is amazing and makes it super easy to put them in and take out.
