The concept of this massager is very good. You can inflate the pillow as needed depending on the size of your neck and the intensity required, and I've also found that the vibrating noise is quieter when partially deflated. It is portable and small enough to carry on when deflated. The massage feels good after a few minutes. Sometimes I would like a softer setting. It's a bit noisier than a hard pillow massager, making it a bit uncomfortable to wear when you're watching a movie on TV because everyone sitting next to you will hear it. Imagine a bunch of balls shaking in a thick, soft air mattress. If you're the only person or you work at a computer, no problem. The only other issue I've had is that the post setup seems to have a design flaw. It runs no longer than 18 seconds on the first two settings before shutting down. If you first turn on the heater for about 2 seconds and then turn on the massager, they work fine. It may need to be warmed up first. The instructions say nothing about restarting with heating. I sent one back that had the same problem. Received a replacement immediately and was disappointed that he did the same. I'm not a major and asked the manufacturer if this is normal. I haven't received a response from them after another 2 weeks. I'll update here when they do. I also wish there was a little beep to let me know when I press a soft key, so I know when it's high, medium, or low, for example. I think there are 3 settings for heating and 4 massages and the color changes with each press, but I can't see the buttons when they're on the neck. I have to take it off to see the colors. I don't even know what the colors mean. It takes some time to know what color it is - green, red, blue or purple for soft continuous, soft pulsing, hard continuous and hard pulsing. The same applies to the heating settings. In general, the massager is good. My neck feels relaxed after using it and I sleep better at night on the days I use it. I have a small herniated disc in my neck that puts stress on my neck and shoulder muscles during the day so this seems to be helping. If I don't get a response from them by the 3rd week. I'll just keep it as I found a workaround. I'm happy with that. I'm disappointed that the price dropped 25% right after my review. I received a response from them 3 days before the return policy expired that made me feel like they hadn't even read my issue. They just gave me the same instruction manuals that are posted online. If they don't plan to reply, they probably plan to fix it later and rename it so they can start over with a new count of reviews to avoid negative reviews. I feel like they paid too much for it now.
