Lately I've been experimenting with a lot more recipes and gotten more "core" ingredients that I didn't have (mainly because they're staples and foods from different cultures! ). I started using tapioca starch, potato starch, corn flour, almond flour and all those floury things that are easier to measure when they're in a container rather than a flexible bag. I have this set and I really like them as they come in 3 different sizes. They were stacked inside each other along with some labels and a chalk marker! What I found really unique about this set is that it has an extra vent that I hadn't seen before until I stumbled across it while browsing. This set folds well, is clear (which makes it easy for me to see my ingredients) and leak proof! I checked while washing and no water came out! I use the smallest for cornstarch and baking powder, the medium for almonds and cornflour, and the large for powdered sugar and brown sugar! I love that everything in my pantry is easy to find!
