Hey! This is the Account Owner's wife. I just had a baby and stopped breastfeeding and my hair is falling out. I didn't actually have the money to buy this but I don't like losing my hair so I took a chance. The shipping envelope it came in was fine, but then the box was already open before I opened it and was badly damaged. I paid good money for this stuff, what's up? I don't want to return it, I've been waiting for it to come for a while. The genuine products seem to be ok but now I hesitate to use them because I think they have been tampered with. I want a refund!
