I was sold a defective returned item. The device switches off automatically after one minute. The product was missing protective packaging and batteries for the remote control. Note: The temperature is displayed in Celsius and Fahrenheit and the company refuses to address the issue. Support is not responding. I assume they will sell the defective unit I returned to another buyer. Trust is terrible
