excellent packaging; bad parts 😕

Item was dead on arrival. It was well packed, assembly is as usual with things like this, there is no glue but it is not needed on this model. BUT the screen backlight was poor to begin with. Now I have an angry customer waiting for another screen (since it seems to be coming back).
