This is the best insect keeper I currently own (I have three). I bought a big one so the crickets can't escape so easily. The square tubes had ribs on the inside to make it easier for insects to get in. I also put some whistles in the dubia cockroach bin because even dubia can get stuck in the whistle. Of course I don't put Daby in this container because they prefer it dark. However, it is much easier to feed our bearded dragon with this product. It's also good to have bug food. I threw away the sponge that came with it. I use a potion/insect food with crystals/gel and some fresh veggies (carrots, yams, kale, etc.) to eviscerate crickets or oak trees. This container is also easy to clean. The only flaw I see with this product is the hole in the lid. I sealed it with duct tape to keep the bugs from coming out. In addition, it is very convenient to keep insects for feeding reptiles and amphibians.
