Absolutely love them. I bought them to relieve my leg pain for a week which is happening. However, an additional unexpected benefit appears to be that it helps with headaches. I've suffered from migraines for decades, and while it doesn't help those who keep me in bed all day, it does help with mild headaches so I don't have to take over-the-counter medications as often. I don't know how I survived without her. As the description says, it takes a few days to wear for a long period of time.
