I received these yesterday and they are so pretty, love the colored stones, they are really smooth. The stones hit just the right spots on my leg. I put them in my running shoes for 10 minutes and they applied pressure, soothed and relaxed my legs. Today they were in my slippers! I love that I can slip them into any pair of shoes or sandals and that they come in a cute, compact case that I put in my backpack.

Absolutely love them. I bought them to relieve my leg pain for a week which is happening. However, an additional unexpected benefit appears to be that it helps with headaches. I've suffered from migraines for decades, and while it doesn't help those who keep me in bed all day, it does help with mild headaches so I don't have to take over-the-counter medications as often.
