I rarely write a negative review. I usually keep quiet. But this purchase is such a disappointment and a source of frustration it's almost unbelievable. I still can't pair it with my iPhone after many attempts. Hooked it up to my iPad for testing the first and second time, but never again despite multiple attempts. And then unrecognizable music started playing from somewhere, but no device was found as the source, and I couldn't turn it off! I still don't know where it came from. I could tell there was no bass unless I tried putting the headphones in my ears, but my fingers pressed the touch controls. Yes, I loaded them first. Sorry townsfolk.
