The product exceeded all expectations. The Urbanista was easy to set up and the sound quality is excellent. When I first used them on a work call, colleagues asked me if I had upgraded to a new headset. The improvement in sound quality was so noticeable. I've also had issues with other earbuds staying in the earbuds (particularly during exercise) and had no issues with these. Great value for money and I am ordering more for birthday gifts.

Bought to replace a cheaper set. The microphone delivers an average sound quality for the conversation partner. The sound quality is good depending on how the headphones are placed in the ear. If you attach them firmly, the sound is good. You may need to change your phone settings to improve them. I'll leave them, but I hope someone develops Bluetooth headphones that offer deep sound and excellent call quality.

I loved how comfortable they are. I'm switching from wired to wireless as masks and hard lines constantly give them problems. Battery life was good and listening to music or calls was great. My problems started after about 1-2 weeks, the mic got very weak and it's not a face mask. I tested them without a face mask and got similar results. I don't know why they worked 2 weeks and then just quit. If I could I would return them.

They're cute, not everyone has them if you're the type of person who likes to be "original" and great for music and podcasts. I like it because we are not allowed to hear anything at work so I can easily hide it with my long hair. Bottom I can't just use the left side. It won't work, but it works on the right side. I only bought these headphones to do gardening without messing around with annoying cords. I don't know if my ears are oddly shaped or what, but regular earbuds are uncomfortable for me. I rarely write a negative review. I usually keep quiet. But this purchase is such a disappointment and a source of frustration it's almost unbelievable. UPDATE 12/30/19 - Unfortunately after a month and a half the adhesive on the screen above the speaker leaked around the screens. Just received today. So here's my first impression. Very well made, comparable to Airpods.
