I like how easy it was for me to get started with this software. The interface seems very intuitive so there were no issues getting my first reports up in minutes! There are some minor UI changes needed but nothing major or hard to understand if you have experience using other similar products out there (such as Pingdom). We use ROCKNet at work all day every single weekday - we're able to monitor our servers 24/7 from anywhere via any device without having someone physically present next to each machine. This allows us to quickly identify when something goes wrong even though nobody's around!! Also great because now IT can see what devices need attention right away instead waiting until somebody gets back into office later in the morning / afternoon etc..
