Does what it's supposed to do - just so expensive.
Needed a replacement belt. Unfortunately the belt itself is very expensive (but worth it) so I decided to replace the plate. The plate I received has better build quality than the one I received with the belt. It has rubber to prevent slipping and a bit more. Ideal for 70-200. 4 stars only because of the price.
