Just got out for the first time last weekend. All winter I've been looking for a car camping kitchen that is simple and easy to set up. That hits the bull's eye. I try to make it as easy as possible, throw a few things in the car and go, and organizing the kitchen ahead of time is the key to success. It is easy to move and also serves as a small table for cooking. Feet don't slide in and out as easily, but it doesn't matter, and maybe in time they will. Finally, if you pack it so that the fridge and Sherpa are accessible from your hatchback, you also have a very handy roadside kitchen for quick stopovers. I couldn't be happier.
