Used for the first time today for an emergency trip to the vet. We usually wear earplugs when transporting our Siamese cats. Today we pushed it through the top and out. At first he howled, but then miraculously calmed down, lying down and just meowing from time to time, muffling the sound. We were both amazed at the difference this stretcher made. LOVE the top zip too. We could manipulate him into just sticking his head out. Another plus. I LOVE this cat carrier!
