The product is economical and easy to use, clean and store. Seems to be strong.

This grinder meets my needs. It is easy to use and clean. I've had paper shredders in the past that were too difficult to use, but so far this one gets the job done without much fuss. I have arthritis in my hands and the design of this chopper means all stress points are in the palm and away from the thumb joint. The way the leverage works means it doesn't take a lot of effort to grind food. This is a good size for small kitchen storage. The compartment under the blades has a lid so I can cut ahead and store in the fridge. It's economical enough that someone like me can afford some of the conveniences of expensive food processors. An added plus I didn't expect - it came when I had the flu. Since I didn't want to stand in the kitchen and cook, I made money with ramen noodles. I've only used the chopper to quickly make a good vegetable meal and clean up afterwards. I assume that this device will allow me to eat healthier even if I'm not feeling well. Notice to Sellers. They seem genuinely interested in the results of their product and have made recipe books and other informative e-books available on the health benefits of natural products. I haven't had any issues with their products, but I think if I did they would be friendly and approachable. I was about to add that I cut up a medium sized red potato for the salad. It was very easy to cut the whole potato without much effort. The only time this shredder will appear to be stuck is when part of the item is sticking out of the plastic surrounding the blade grille. I was discouraged until I took a closer look and decided all it needed was a little trimming. I really like this device. I had a good potato soup that day. One further amendment. Yesterday I worked a little on four large onions. I divided them into four pieces to fit on the trellis and cut them off. It was the quickest and easiest onion chopping I could think of. I make a big batch of soup, and that work is one of the reasons I put it off. Now not such a bad deal.
