I am 1.70 m tall, 75 kg, pear shaped. Medium suits me perfectly - quite tight. Very warm", very soft inside, same as the fleece. What I really liked is that the sleeves are long, as is the top, which is great for tall women or women with a long torso. If you have a have heavy middle, I think you will be very disappointed as it is very tempting. Also, I can't imagine how you can train in it because it's fleece. I think it will be very hot in it unless , They run in arctic temps.Perfect to wear alone or when it's very cold to wear under a jacket or sweater as a layering I would wear it to ski or just around the house I loved it but note the comments on the fit as it does is not for every body type, I always find tops angular and/or not long enough.
