Review on 5 Pack Lighting Halogen Bulbs Type by Angel Scully

I used to buy these bulbs from this seller for my built in microwave oven which has 2 bulbs under the unit that glow on the hob below. I found them fantastic, very bright and long lasting giving me about a year of life from each bulb. I ordered another pack of 5 of these lamps from this seller in June 2018. When I needed one in September 2018, I was surprised and frustrated to find that one of the small bulb boxes in the box of 5 bulbs was empty. . Then the lightbulb I put in only lasted 2 months which was even more annoying. The next bulb I replaced also only lasted 2 months, and to top it all off, the next bulb I installed a few days ago only lasted 1 hour! One hour! I was in the kitchen when I heard a loud bang and bang, the new lightbulb had burned out. It is evident that this pack of 5 bulbs contained faulty bulbs, apart from one of them being missing. I contacted the seller this week and explained what happened to this 5 pack, expecting that the seller will help me with this issue, but I got nothing but an attitude. I wanted to give the seller a chance to fix this before leaving negative feedback, but due to the lack of proper support with this purchase, they left me no choice. Please note: after I posted this negative review, the seller offered to replace all 4 lamps and did so quickly, for which I am very grateful, which is why I am increasing the star count from 1 to 3 for this goodwill gesture have. I hope that the new lamps will last longer than the first batch.
