These containers are great when you're fasting 36 hours or more and need some bone broth to get you through. It seems like 4 ounces of broth is enough to survive a fast, so these containers are perfect. For "intermittent fasting" see the book "The Obesity Code" at the link. I also love freezing the special sauces from the 30 Whole cookbook. It takes a lot of work to make their barbecue sauce, and I might want to defrost it for just one meal. These containers clean up pretty well in the top of the dishwasher and I haven't had a meltdown yet.
