It arrived in perfect condition as advertised. The included assembly tool makes it extremely beneficial. The back says 'genuine leather' so I'm assuming that's for sure. I rate it highly at the moment. I read that someone thought it was short which might be true because my arm is pretty skinny and I have it on the middle hole.
