Easy installation, quick wire connection, affordable and beautiful adjustable lights.

I love these lights! They have a low profile for ceiling mounting which means that even if there is a 2x4 loft where you wish to install the light this light will still fit! Electrical junction boxes are small and quick to push into connections without wire nuts. The blue plastic clip at the end of the mounting spring will break if you are not careful when mounting it to the ceiling. I just pushed it back. Excellent lighting as well as dimming. I have a fairly large kitchen and installed 10 of them. My wife is so happy that she got rid of the 2 large fluorescent bulbs and they spotted nice 3500k brightness recessed lights for about $10 per bulb, it's amazing!
