The first broke on receipt
Our first broke on receipt - a crack at the transition point of the metal tag to the tree. We were able to get a new one, but we ended up not liking it as the design is actually pretty bad. If you put strings on it, they will overlap, making it difficult to use. You pull on one and the others slide down or get stuck there depending on how you use it. You can thread the tie through the loop, but to do this you need to take it off the rack, turn it on its side and again hope the others don't fall off. This is not a very good design. Aesthetically it's nice and the materials are good, but the poor design makes it unsuitable for me.
