Sign printed on old sign very disappointed

i was so excited to get this sign it looked like good quality and all but the problem is they over the old sign have painted whose -something is doing something wrong like this On the back of the sign you can see everything that was said on the other old sign so it's very disappointing because the sign is hanging in a place where you can see it like you always do on both Sides of the sign can be seen, buyers be careful
