Too dry tight skin
I bought this mainly to use as an under eye concealer. This pencil is too dry and slides too much on the delicate, mature skin under the eyes. It blends easily with a beauty blender, but isn't particularly smooth. This pencil works well as a highlighter/liner under the eyebrows. Doesn't suit the price for me.
