I don't usually leave reviews but this is a winner. I recently had a tummy tuck and flank paste. I also had liposuction on my inner thighs and knees. All other belts hurt and leave marks when you fasten them. I love the fact that it's stretchy so it won't mark my new bump. However, I would like it to be closed in the crotch as I don't feel there is enough compression around the inner thigh as it is loose due to the opening. I'm 215 and originally ordered 3XL (based on size), it was too big and ordered size XL, it fits perfectly. Once my swelling goes down I plan on going down to a medium size. Stretches, I think it fits.
