I liked the price of my product and the ease of ordering and receiving it. BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM! I use a lot of ink because I do genealogy. I always print almost everything I find about my ancestors and then save what I find online to accompany my family histories. I really liked the first mascara I bought! On the next batch, I received a black cartridge that just flooded every page with black ink. I replaced it with a forgiving heart. But the next time I switched color and black, my papers started to streak with all the different colors, and so I throw away more of my copies than I can use. Personally, I cannot afford to continue if all the inks are identical to these two batches. I'm not sure I'll be ordering again from this company due to the confusion I've experienced.
