Review on 💦 Experience Luxury with the Speakman VS-3010-MB Neo Anystream Multi-Function Handheld Shower Head in Matte Black by Nuzhat Shaver

We have replaced a very old shower head which I suspect was original when the house was built in the early 80's. We're slowly replacing chrome with matte black, and it pairs well with our new black shower rod (a curved rod between designs, in case you're wondering). I was too concerned about this water flow restriction as we are used to pretty good water pressure as I'm pretty sure our old head didn't have flow restrictors. However, this was a pleasant surprise. We *'have* noticed. The pressure is a little less than the old one, but not by much and not enough that neither my husband nor I minded. After just a few uses, we already forgot the difference. It provides enough pressure to easily wash off the soap scum and rinse all the conditioner out of my long hair. I didn't have to use the included teflon tape as it was already on the spout and I just hand tightened it (like a woman with not particularly strong hands) and it worked great, no leakage. Being able to use it as a hand sprayer was ideal for use on my plants. , Even the much more expensive Delta Trinsic/In2ition models which have the worst water pressure and spray pattern values. Overall I'm very happy with the price, functionality and looks and would recommend it. UPDATE: Shortly after installation, the swivel joint cracked and is now leaking. It has only been used by 2 responsible adults, no children. In some positions it's not too bad, just a steady flow out of the crack, but in other positions the water hits the ceiling/side of the shower curtain with force. I expected it to last more than a month. Unfortunately I have to change my rating from 5 to 2 stars.
