💦 Experience Luxury with the Speakman VS-3010-MB Neo Anystream Multi-Function Handheld Shower Head in Matte Black Review

No complaints, except that there are actually only two settings, although there are 5 possibilities The product came with a broken part. When I noticed this upon installation it was too late to go back to Revain but Speakman replaced the part (in fact they replaced the entire shower head and all components) free of charge. Excellent customer service!

Installed this shower head in early June. This is a rarely used shower and yesterday the muff that was screwed onto the water pipe cracked and water spilled all over the bathroom. To be clear, this is not a user bolted part, it is a manufactured coupler. I liked the look of this shower head but am surprised by the poor quality.

I like the color but that's all. The paint on the hose began to crumble quickly after purchase and the connection between the hose and the shower head only broke 9 months after purchase. Water was splashing everywhere and there was no way to fix it. Very frustrating. I wish I had seen all the other reviews saying the same thing, I hadn't wasted my hard earned money.

I loved this shower head until the shower head connector/stand broke like all the others. I contacted support and they said they would contact me within 24 hours and give me a case number. A week later I replied to them and they said they would contact me within 24 hours. and gave me a new case number. I really just want a replacement that works but the customer service is just terrible.

We love the weight and feel of this shower head but the mounting clip broke after 6 months. According to other reviews, this is a common problem. We're in the process of getting a replacement from Speakman, but unless they've made changes to the materials and/or design, I doubt it will hold up any better than the first. A matte black replacement costs at least $62, so I'm very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend it.

This shower head has a great flow which I like. However, after 2 weeks the plastic adjustment piece ripped and is now leaking. I contacted customer service and they said you had to use duct tape. The faucet was professionally installed with the Reno shower and the correct tape was used. Due to a crack in the mount, NO amount of tape will fit. I have provided proof of purchase. We have replaced a very old shower head which I suspect was original when the house was built in the early 80's. We're slowly replacing chrome with matte black, and it pairs well with our new black shower rod (a curved rod between designs, in case you're wondering).
