I tried to turn it and it was like trying to twist off a beer that is intended to use a bottle opener. So I get out pliers and twist it right and left and it does zero to the water flow. Many other sprayers have a flow control in this same spot but this one doesn't and make me wonder why they have placed a thing there that looks like it does something by doesn't.5000PSI is great, don't get me wrong. But if you want to do delicate watering or give your 5 year old a drink, you will be using a water jet.The company, however, is a stand up company. I initially wrote this sort of honked off at the product. I've had it WELL past any amazon or normal expected return date as I bought these after my $Texas Gardenas broke in the winter so I would have a drama free spring. Once they saw this post, they freely offered replacements or my money back.This company cares.
