Review on MANIC PANIC Blue Moon Classic by Brooke Johnson

Wouldn't give any stars, but I can't. Well, my niece wanted blue hair, and since I was a teenager I've always bought panic attacks. These products have always left my hair shiny and soft after use. I can say I trust any of their colors for any hair type. My niece has tight curly locks and the ends are very light so I knew the color would show through. It was really noticeable but also damaged her hair! This shouldn't have happened and I want to believe the product was fake. I encourage you to buy it from a salon, hot topic, or panic manic site.
