Review on 🧱 120 PCS Magblock Magnetic Blocks, Building Tiles for Kids Toys丨Magnet Toys Set 3D Building Blocks for Toddler Boys and Girls by Mike Lawler

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A heavily used STEM toy!

A year ago, my son received a 35-piece set of FAO Schwarz magnetic plates for Christmas. I've found that over the last year I've been playing with a small set a lot (at least a few times a week). The set was good and the tiles held together well. So I decided to expand the set, but FAO didn't have a big set that could compete with what they already had. So I read many reviews about different brands and finally settled on this one. It had great reviews and also proved to be a good addition to his current set. After seeing it in daily use for three weeks, I am very happy with this set! He builds forts, castles, tiered vehicles that move, houses (we moved them with a thin pad to slip under them and lift them up without breaking), etc. These are the toys most often played with every day. since Christmas (marble run comes second). A 7 year old, a 4 year old and sometimes a 2 year old will all like this set (when not busy breaking things). I have no experience with other brands, nor the desire to buy multiple sets to compare magnet strength. . I have no doubt that there are stronger magnetic tiles. However, this set appears to be of great quality and meets my children's needs. It provides hours of daily STEM play (helps play car/truck, play train, play hatchimal, play mini-doll, etc.). I have no hesitation in recommending this STEM playset for kids! :)
