Size 4E is not very wide - just a normal width shoe for a normal foot.
You might think 4E's are very wide, but it's clear that this particular show 4E fits like a regular shoe. Either they mislabeled it, or ASICS needs to go back to the drawing board, or simply use common sense and intelligence to understand the definition of an ultra-wide shoe versus the M, 2E and 4E.
