The best part of this product is that it allows you to have multiple identities which makes it easy to connect with customers from different parts of your business. You cannot restrict certain people from accessing all accounts at once in one day. This also means if someone gets hold of my password then they will be able to see everything I am doing as well. It's not an issue because we are using two separate products but when there's no restriction on how many times you can log into each account per day or week, it becomes difficult to keep track of what everyone has done during the day/week.
