From Excellent to Outstanding Appearance. Poor foot support (I spent a day at the airport in these boots, no fun). Wide toe is welcome. The language is very broad, which I find very useful. Please note that they are not able to process returns. They usually refund the money and/or let you keep the shoes. Their customer service line is always closed, they don't serve them. The delivery is really very slow. They are terribly responsive to emails. They don't pay the return postage and make exchanges more difficult.
