These chairs look great around our fire pit, and they're comfortable. We bought the pre-stained model so they'd be protected from the elements. It didn't help. I'm not familiar with Acacia wood, but it did not hold up for even 6 months. The stain began to peel, and the wood has cracked and split apart in critical areas. You can see in the photo that the side connector that holds the two sections together cracked and fell off. I had to create my own replacement parts from pressure treated pine, which does not look as nice. If you purchase these chairs, DO NOT leave them outside when not in use.
