Nice, comfortable vest.
After my third attempt to find a vest that would fit a Maltese puppy, this one fitted. She weighs 12 pounds and measures 17 around her waist. The small size fits perfectly. I don't know yet how well it will hold her up in the pool. She's thinner than the others but looks comfortable and she won't go in the pool without me. This is in case she falls. The shark's tail is small, which I like. not too pushy. The straps and Velcro appear sturdy, but time will tell.
