When I received this lamp I was dying to try it. I've had several strip lights in the past and had to charge them frequently - a bit annoying. When I first opened this flashlight I was surprised that it takes 3 C batteries which I don't have at home so I had to buy one. Second, screws were included to mount this light to the wall, which was disappointing. I wasn't planning on drilling a hole so I decided to use my velcro and attach it like this - it worked! Once I got everything set up this light works great! It is bright, lights up when motion is detected and goes out after about 45 seconds. A remote control is included but I don't use it. This is used solely as a motion sensor light for my needs.
