I bought this product because of its wide temperature range and stainless steel dispersion. I have to dry many different products that require low temperatures and hygiene. I am satisfied with most functions. Stainless steel bowls are very durable, easy to clean and safe. So far I have cooked a lot of fruit peel without refined sugar, fruit snacks and beef jerky, stockfish, koji rice. There is just one small problem though: the area in this photo is difficult to clear; I tried to open the back but it is also very difficult to open. I hope the manufacturer has thought of ways to make cleaning easier. Hygiene and sanitation are essential to me.
