Cheap, flimsy plastic connectors - broke on first use!

Save money and buy a better brand, their "button" version that my wife's Crosstrek uses doesn't last long. The plastic used in the wobble connector is MUCH thinner than the OEM or Aero brands I usually buy and any lateral force seems to crack and fracture this vital part, throwing the entire wiper blade off the car rendering it unusable. Luckily I kept the old aero blade and was able to swap the new silicone rubber blade from the new device to the old one, which requires some dexterity to keep the clips from breaking during the disassembly process. The bigger question is why all the Japanese brands seem to be flocking to this design, the old J-Hook is so much better, more reliable and easy to find in parts stores. They're hard to find, so I bought this piece of junk. At least the Aero brand, also marketed by Revain, has a more solid build, but seems to be a longer time coming.
