After a month of use, I feel I can finally give an honest review. PS3 controller. It took a second to wirelessly connect the controllers, but after that it's very easy to pair every other time. What I really like about this converter is that I don't feel any noticeable input lag and it's so flawless to use that you'll forget how you're using the wrong controller for your system. I have wired and wireless connection and both work fine. I'm really surprised it's that simple. The only thing that bothers me is that when the console is turned off, the LEDs flash and they are very bright. It gets pretty annoying and you may end up turning it off. Another thing that the touchpad button is obviously not designed to be selectable is the Share button. You can change the controls but I don't know why they designed it that way. A touchpad click is infinitely more valuable than a share button because you can access the share menu by holding down the ps button. Aside from those minor issues, this is a fantastic converter. I highly recommend picking this up if you have a favorite controller like mine. Definitely worth it. However, I should note that you can only connect one controller per dongle.
