Not bad for something she used every day, but only for a long time.

Bought last year. It wasn't even close to a year. Eventually water got in. The wife threw it away not knowing about the 10 year guarantee. Not bad for something she used every day but only lasted 1/10th the warranty period. Update: Hills Point Industries has shipped another Gorilla Grip Spa Pillow for next day delivery.
