I bought this system because I needed a PC for light to medium gaming (I mainly play Total War and other card games) and I had no idea how to build my own PC. Many other pre-built gaming PC vendors seemed to have constant quality control issues, so this seemed like a good option. Also, it's sold through Revain, which should make it easier to return if I don't like the system. The system was shipped and delivered very quickly, well ahead of the estimated delivery date when purchased. Everything seemed fine, the only thing that didn't match the description was that I received 2 mouse/keyboard packs instead of 1 and I certainly won't complain about that. The PC was securely packed in multiple layers of packaging with foam inside. During the system I have about 2 weeks. PC works great, plays everything I play at 1440p. I don't benchmark, but Warhammer II's internal benchmarks say 55fps at Ultra/1440p. Also works for everyday productivity tasks. It offers more than enough ports for my purposes (8 USB-A ports plus HDMI and two audio outs I think). The only minor complaint I have is that it seems quite noisy. The fans are also audible during non-gaming tasks, but amplified during games. Second, it doesn't have internal WiFi (as stated in the description). It comes with a key but the key seems a little bad. I bought a Netgear and now Wi-Fi and Bluetooth work without any errors through the dongle. Given the plethora of ports, this isn't that much of a problem. For $2,200, however, you'd think internal WiFi would be included. Haven't interacted with customer service yet, but when I asked about shipping, I received a quick email response within a few hours. I will update this review if I encounter any issues. .
