When the first shipment arrived, both of the suitcases were deeply scratched and appeared used. I was annoyed, but they were super cute, and my kids loved them. We still had time for a return, so I exchanged for the exact same suitcases, dino and frog, and much to our disappointment both of the replacements were in the same horrible condition! DO NOT BUY THESE. The wheels are also cheap. I wish I had opened these without my kids seeing them so I wouldn't have had to keep the cheap and defective second set. Now our trip is a few days away, and it's too short notice to try and exchange again. I might have been less upset had I paid less or been told they were defective or used. Terrible.
