I am completing the review. When I first received this product I thought it was fake as it didn't have cricket packaging like the other products they sell. So I emailed them and took a picture of the chain and they said it really was theirs and the big wheels didn't have a cricket insert like the smaller wheels. I used it and it worked fine. Just don't consider that people who leave bad reviews may abuse them. It took longer to stick? Yes, for about 15 seconds. Let's not forget to clean it when it's warm and not hot. I layered the project which made it even more challenging. I lost part of the letter. If I use a smaller roll, the same thing happens.
