heavy canvas strap, functional, black color goes well with watches. However, instead of using the Garmin quick releases, you have to unscrew the pins. Pin loops are a little tight. I had to thread the pins through the band a few times before putting it on the watch because I couldn't get the pins through the band to line up with the holes in the watch. Watch. I also find the belt loops to be quite loose. It's kind of a spanking around the band. Not bad, but a little annoying, and it tends to run way out of range.
