I've been using this bag for about a week now and it's quite comfortable so far. The back cushions are very soft and very comfortable. One thing that struck me is this; the sponge or other material on the shoulder straps seems to have worn out. I like the many compartments/sections the bag has. This is the bag I was looking for in terms of carrying capacity. This bag fits most of my stuff from a suitcase. The USB port seems a bit old and doesn't use power properly. It's not that bad, just use your AC adapter without the USB port on the side. All in all it was a very good purchase, I'm just concerned about wear and tear on the padding material :/ Update: My zipper just came undone. I contacted the seller and let him know what happened and he gave me many options on what to do next. I am 100% satisfied with the way the seller served the customers!
