This is our second Lindhaus HealthCare Pro program in twenty years. We gave our daughter the first one, which still works well, two years ago when she finished high school, moved into an apartment and needed a vacuum cleaner. My wife decided she needed a Dyson for her next vacuum and bought a DC28. She quickly found that it was heavier, louder and more difficult to maneuver than her Lindhaus and regretted the change. Two years later we returned to Lindhaus and Dyson is currently being sent to the basement. We are happy again about the new Lindhaus, which was put into operation in December 2016. It's a lot quieter than the Dyson and the flexible hose works well, unlike the Dyson where the suction is always trying to compress the hose to its minimum length. Another benefit we rediscovered was the elimination of the bagless vacuum. It was a mess throwing this container in the trash.
