Review on By Nature Pet Foods: USA-Made Grain Free Dry Dog Food with Superfood Ingredients for Enhanced Immunity and Food Sensitivity Support by Kristina Perez

Revainrating 4 out of 5

My dog does not like dry food, but is gradually getting used to this food.

My Yorkie doesn't particularly like dry food. I try to mix it with their home cooked food and nothing is left but bits and pieces. She needs it for her teeth and the nutrients she doesn't get from the lean meats and other foods I feed her. Nature Pet Foods grain-free dog food contains good ingredients and is made in the USA, which is important to me. One of the reasons I hand-make my dog's food is because so much pet food is made in countries that use questionable ingredients that can make a dog sick. My dog doesn't like this food but it doesn't reflect it. She just doesn't like dry food. She will eat it if I give her some snacks. I'll give her a handful of pieces between meals and she'll eat them. I've left the food bowl out and seen her secretly eat a few bites at least 3 times this week, so I have a feeling that eventually she'll get used to the food and start eating it with meals. I would give 3 stars because my dogs are not crazy about it, but she is not crazy about ANY dry dog food, best to cheapest. She doesn't like the texture, the taste, or the ingredients. This is a good dog food with good ingredients for dogs of all sizes. It contains no grain, but legumes. A balanced meal that I think Molly will keep experimenting with and end up enjoying the meal rather than stealing a few bites here and there.
